Day 1

Welcome to Costa Rica!

Welcome to Costa Rica! The country’s best adventures and attractions are all yours to enjoy on this eight-day tour.
We will meet you at the San Jose International Airport and transfer you to your hotel at the foot of the Arenal volcano, a natural wonder with an iconic cone-shaped crater. Along the way there, you will see plantations of various agricultural crops, ornamental plants, and cattle ranches before reaching the town of La Fortuna.
In the evening, you will visit the Tabacón Hot Springs, where you can relax in the natural thermal water pools before returning to your hotel.

Day 2

Arenal Volcano

Start your morning off with a wellness activity before having a leisurely breakfast. After breakfast, you will visit the Mistico Adventure Park and enjoy a walking tour on its incredible hanging bridges. From the treetops you will be able to appreciate an amazing view of the forest and see many of the birds, sloths, and other species that are housed by this spectacular biological corridor.
After the nature walk, we will stop for lunch at a local restaurant and then test our taste buds with a Costa Rican chocolate tour, where you will learn everything about chocolate and its processes of sowing, harvesting, and production.
The rest of the day remains at your disposal to relax in the pool at your hotel or to complement your visit with some other activity.

Mistico Arenal
Day 3

Arenal Volcano

Enjoy a morning wellness activity at the resort, followed by a leisurely breakfast. Our day will start with a visit to the impressive waterfall in La Fortuna that spans over 200 feet! You will walk a path of approximately 530 steps, which will guide you to the clear waters of the Fortuna River, in which you can take a refreshing swim as you take in the beauty of the falls up close. After your hike, return to the resort where you can enjoy the thermal pools or relax on the hammocks overlooking the volcano.

La Fortuna Waterfall
Day 4

Arenal Volcano

Start your day off with a morning wellness activity at the resort. After breakfast, you will have a few hours to relax at the resort where you can take advantage of the amenities on the property. After lunch, enjoy the cultural tour of “Vida Campesina”, where you will have an interactive culinary experience by preparing a typical Costa Rican dinner with fresh organic products harvested from the property and cooked on a wood stove.

Day 5

Arenal Volcano – Manuel Antonio

In the early morning, take part in a wellness activity. After breakfast, your journey will take you to the warm Central Pacific Coast. Manuel Antonio is home to the smallest, but most visited national park in Costa Rica. The lush landscape along the Central Pacific Coast features rice and palm plantations, and a diverse ecosystem of animals and plants.
After check-in and lunch, you will take part in a kayak tour through the mangrove of the Damas Islands Estuary. During this exploration, enjoy an unforgettable richness of flora and fauna as you experience the magical Costa Rican mangrove and tropical rain forest ecosystem. Upon return, enjoy the rest of the evening at the resort.

Day 6

Manuel Antonio

Start your morning off with a wellness activity before having breakfast and reward yourself with a complimentary 25-minute reflexology massage. Once you are ready, you will do a hiking tour in the famous Manuel Antonio National Park. The Park has several trails for walking, viewpoints, and a high probability of seeing animals, especially the 4 species of Costa Rican monkeys, sloths, and coatis. It also is known for its beautiful beaches.
The rest of the day remains free for you to enjoy the amenities of the resorts or relax at the beach.

Day 7

Manuel Antonio

Enjoy a morning wellness activity followed by breakfast and leisure at the resort. After lunch, you will receive a 50-minute classic back, neck, and shoulder massage followed by free time to have some rest and relaxation at the pool or beach. Your journey ends with a beautiful farewell dinner at a local restaurant.

Manuel Antonio – San José

Spend your final morning at leisure or enjoy a wellness activity before having breakfast at the hotel. At the appointed hour, you will be transferred to San Jose International Airport for your departure flight.
