Welcome to South Africa. This 9-day journey will take you through Cape Town, Cape Peninsula, the Garden Route and the iconic wine region of Stellenbosch. Enjoy morning wellness activities, hiking up to Table Mountain, kayaking to visit the South African penguins at Boulder Beach and a wine safari. Day 1

Cape Town

Welcome to Cape Town, the oldest city in South Africa and one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a private transfer to your hotel where you will start your experience of a lifetime.
Tonight will be at your leisure to experience your well-appointed hotel and have a taste of the local South African fare.

Day 2

Cape Town

After a leisurely breakfast, your day will start with a Table Mountain hike from the lower cable station on Taffelklip Gorge. You will experience jaw dropping photo opportunities of the iconic front face of the mountain and its imposing cliffs as we trail up a beautiful deep ravine. After a brief city tour which highlights areas such as The Cape Castle, City Hall, and Malay Quarter, we will conclude our day at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden. This opportunity includes a walk above the trees on the Tree Top Canopy, a snake skeleton inspired walkway also known as “The Bookslang”.
After returning to your hotel to freshen up, we will head out for dinner at The Alba Restaurant. The Alba, a first of its kind and the only fine dining restaurant boat in Cape Town, will take guests on a tour through the fishing industry and yacht harbor in the V&A Waterfront. Expect breathtaking views of the Cape Town skyline from the fully glass-enclosed restaurant boat, including sights like Table Mountain and the sparkling lights of the harbor at night.

Day 3

Cape Town

This morning we will set off for Cape Peninsula, where we will experience the sparkling water of the Atlantic Ocean and feel the spray of salt water on our faces. Using easy to paddle, two person kayaks, we will explore the crystal waterways of this fascinating area. Enjoy the views of the rocky pools and enjoy the warmth of the sun on your shoulders as you view the penguins waddling over the rocks and gliding through the water! After drying off, we will visit the Cape of Good Hope section of Table Mountain National Park. This area is an integral part of the world-renowned Cape Floral Kingdom, and a photographer's dream!
Our last stop will leave you with your adrenaline pumping! Our Zipline Adventure starts high in the mountains and slowly descends the slopes offering the most amazing panoramic views of Cape Town and surrounding you with indescribable flora and fauna.
After returning to the hotel for a few hours at leisure, we will end our day with a culinary experience at Pigalle Restaurant.

Day 4

Botlierskop Private Game Reserve

After breakfast and a wellness activity at the hotel, we will make our way to South Africa's Garden Route. With the magnificent Outeniqua Mountains as a backdrop and sweeping views out over the glistening Indian Ocean below, lies Botlierskop Private Game Reserve.
Upon arrival, we will head out for an afternoon game drive followed by an evening at your leisure.

Day 5

Botlierskop Private Game Reserve

Start your morning off with tea or coffee before departing the lodge for a morning game drive. Upon return, breakfast will be served and you can enjoy the rest of the day at leisure for wellness activities, individual exploration, and relaxation. Join us late in the afternoon for a game drive searching for the Big Five before enjoying your evening at leisure.

Day 6

Botlierskop Private Game Reserve

Start your morning off with tea or coffee before departing for a morning game drive. Upon return, breakfast will be served at the lodge. The rest of the day is at leisure for wellness activities, individual exploration, and relaxation. Join us late in the afternoon for a game drive and sunset before enjoying your evening at leisure.

Day 7

Stellenbosch

Join us for a morning game drive and breakfast before we head towards the magical Cape Winelands region of Stellenbosch. After lunch at leisure, we will start our wine tasting at Vergenoegd Low Wine Estate and experience the only place in the world that holds a full-on duck parade!
After our wine tasting indulgence, we make our way to the Spier Hotel built in a village-style along the Eerste River. The property is surrounded by vineyards, gardens, historic farm buildings, and will be sure to provide you will the perfect setting for relaxation.

Day 8

Stellenbosch

After breakfast this morning, we will switch gears and put a different spin on the word “Safari.”
The Wine Drive Safari is a unique three-hour trip on a safari-type vehicle, through the 120-hectare estate on the beautiful slopes of the Helderberg mountain. This experience allows the chance to taste the award-winning estate wines among the vineyards of their origin, and you will be expertly guided through all the aspects of what makes this area so biologically diverse and unique. Various light snacks, which are well suited to pair with the individual wines, will accompany the wine tasting. The experience will culminate with the Wine and Chocolate Tasting, back at the winery.
After the safari concludes, you will continue to a tasting at Vredenheim. This farm is approximately 328 years old and one of the oldest wine estates in the Stellenbosch area of the Cape Winelands. Winemaking is a time-honored tradition at Vredenheim, steeped in history. Owner Elzabé Bezuidenhout was the first female winemaker in the Stellenbosch Wine Route, making her first wine in 1987.
Your last tasting will take place at Thandi Farm, which produces five ranges of wine. After the tastings, you will have a chance to freshen up at the hotel before departing for dinner at Tokara. This highly rated establishment is situated 400 meters above sea level on top of the Helshoogte Pass outside Stellenbosch. Contemporary cuisine, award-winning wines, and dramatic views over Stellenbosch and False Bay are in store this evening as we toast an experience of a lifetime in South Africa!

Day 2
